Association Dues

Association Dues for 2026 are still only $420 per year (or $35 and due the 1st of each month).  Mail your dues via paper check to:
Southfork Ranch Unit 1 Homeowner's Association, P.O. Box 10359, Casa Grande, AZ. 85130.
 
PLEASE ** DO NOT ** INCLUDE THE WORD "RANCH" ON THE PAY-TO FIELD OF YOUR CHECK.
 
Please also include your NAME, ADDRESS and/or LOT NUMBER on your payment checks.
